For as long as I can remember, church was home..

The moment those words left my mouth, I knew I could never go back.

That single question became an invitation to seek truth for myself. I began exploring the questions I had quietly carried for years. As I dug deeper, many of the answers I had accepted no longer felt whole. What followed wasn't just an intellectual journey—it was the unraveling of an identity I had built over a lifetime.

It was painful.

It was lonely.

It was also the most liberating experience of my life.

As old beliefs fell away, something unexpected happened. I didn't lose God—I discovered the Divine in a way I had never imagined. I found a deeper relationship rooted not in fear, but in love. Not in separation, but in connection. Not in striving, but in remembering.

I came to see that spirit and science are not opponents—they are beautiful partners, each revealing something profound about what it means to be human. Neuroscience, healing, energy, and ancient wisdom all began pointing toward the same truth:

We are far more whole, powerful, and deeply loved than we've been taught to believe.

I've always known I was called to share the Good News.

Today, that calling looks different than I once imagined.

“Because I don't believe healing is about becoming someone new.. I believe it's about coming home to the person you've always been.”

My understanding of God, the Bible, and even myself was shaped by the teachings I grew up with. Like many people, I had seasons of questioning and seasons of returning, but faith remained the foundation of my life. I married, became a stay-at-home mom, and spent twenty beautiful years raising my four incredible children. They were—and always will be—the greatest gifts of my life.

Then life changed.

After my divorce, my children grew into adults, and one simple conversation altered the course of everything I believed.

One of my children asked me,

"Why do you believe what you believe about the Bible and God?"

Without thinking, I answered, "Because I was taught this way."

To me, the Good News is this:

You are not broken. You are not separated from the Divine. You are not here to spend your life believing you are "less than." You are both beautifully human and deeply divine.

My work is about creating a safe, compassionate space where you can question without fear, heal without shame, and reconnect with the wisdom that has always lived within you. Through neuroscience, sound healing, intuitive guidance, energy work, and heartfelt conversation, I help people gently release outdated beliefs and remember who they truly are.

Because I don't believe healing is about becoming someone new.

I believe it's about coming home to the person you've always been.

If you've found yourself questioning, searching, or longing for something deeper, I want you to know you're welcome here.

There is nothing wrong with asking bigger questions.

Sometimes, the questions we fear the most become the doorway to the life we were always meant to live.

Welcome home.
